The Process

Our thorough process ensures that the ID cards you receive are exactly what you wanted and expected. Once you have contacted us, and placed an order, we require details of your company and a logo. We then create a design for your approval, before requesting all the required photos. They can be garnered through passport photos, your website, or you can send them to us via a disc or email. The photos will then be uploaded to a secure database and printed on to the cards, which are then sent directly to you.
 

Range of Cards

A full range of cards can be produced by our team, from basic ID cards to multi-function cards compatible with most access control or time and attendance systems. Depending on the specification, we can also use either contactless technology or a digital chip for your card. These systems are utilised by schools, and the cards are loaded with money by pupils to pay for food at the canteen.
 

Other Features

There are a number of optional extras that can help to maximise your ID card. A barcode may be printed on the card, alongside encoded magnetic stripes, and a signature strip. We have a range of stock card designs for you to choose from, or your own design can be printed on both the front and back.

All of the information you provide us with is kept on a secure database. Not only does this mean that your information is protected, but it allows us to deal swiftly with any request for a replacement card or to cater for a new employee or pupil.

Prompt Service

Normally, we require at least 72 hours to design, print, and secure your approval for the cards. Although postage is generally included in the price, if your order is substantial, it can be sent via a courier or special delivery, but charges may apply.
